December Prayer Letter
We hope each of you had a nice Christmas! December has been a great time to catch up on the administrative side of our missionary work. Kevin has spent countless hours making phone calls and has successfully scheduled over sixty meetings for 2014 and five for 2015. We are in the process of updating our presentation video to include a better introduction and improved voice recording. We are gearing up for a busy calendar year of 2014 by making sure we are prepared and making improvements to our website, blog, and literature. Everything is getting looked over and evaluated. We are eager to begin a new year and anticipating great things ahead!
Our support level is steadily increasing! We are thankful for the two churches who have partnered with us financially in the past two weeks to bring us to 18%. We would like to see our support at 25% by our next prayer letter. God is able!
The New Year is a good time to set goals and plan for the future. Last week we sat down and wrote our personal resolutions for 2014 and made plans for our missionary work. Here are a few of the goals we set:
- Present our ministry in over 100 churches
- Begin saving for moving expenses (visas, plane tickets, and the many immediate expenses we will have once arriving in England)
- Update our blog weekly – maybe on Tuesdays.
- Correspond with supporting pastors and their wives in a personal way (email, letters, and texting)
Thank you for your continued interest in our family and ministry. We appreciate your prayers and friendship. Happy New Year!
